Changes to Building Regulations in Scotland as from 1st March 2021 include the requirement for automatic fire suppression systems to be installed.
The buildings affected by the changes include High Rise Residential Blocks, Houses in Multi Occupancy and Social Housing. Further guidance will be issued shortly.
